Aline BILLION

Aline Billion initially took painting lessons in Marianne Van Den Berg' workshop before learning Pierre-Jean Jaffrey's painting techniques (French painter from Lyon deceased in 1999).
After using the charcoal, Indian ink and watercolour techniques, Aline Billion tried the oil-based painting seizing special moments, scenes concerning life, landscapes that she drew during her voyages.
She inspired herself from them, interprets them and transposes her emotions on the canvas.
Aline Billion's subjects are varied: children playing on the beach, snowy landscapes or marines, stylized birds or still-life.
