Gomez is an artist of Spanish origin whose family settled down in France at the beginning of the 19th century.
His paintings represent banks of the Seine and Normandy’s landscapes.
Sensitive to Maupassant’s tales and news, who he met with in 1880, Gomez realized some paintings on wood on the subject of the Norman country and barges.
