PANTEL

Pupil of the Chapître’s workshop during long years and supervised by Pascal Thouvenin, Pantel worked the knife and paintbrush techniques of the superimposing of glacis to give the transparency to his paintings.

Inspired by the Camargue and Brittany’s seascapes and by the Provence region as well, Pantel painted those colored landscapes that charmed Cezanne and Van Gogh so much.
