A. Billion

A. Billion initially studied painting in the studio of Marianne Van Den Berg before learning the method of the Lyon-based painter Pierre-Jean Jaffrey, who passed away in 1999.

After working with techniques such as Chinese ink, charcoal, and watercolor, A. Billion turned to oil painting, capturing fleeting moments, touching scenes of everyday life, and landscapes sketched during her travels. Drawing inspiration from these, she interprets and transforms her emotions onto the canvas.

A. Billion’s subjects are diverse: children playing on the beach, snowy landscapes or seascapes, stylized birds, and still lifes.
